What is Sweeping Dimensions Guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning or feel something may have been overlooked, call us by noon the following day and we’ll re-clean the problem area free of charge.
Can I trust the staff?
Yes. All Sweeping Dimensions employees are subject to a background check. We also check with previous employers and references. We take the time to get to know our employees and train them thoroughly before sending them into your home, building or office.
Is Sweeping Dimensions Cleaning Service licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes we are licensed, bonded and insured in Forest Park, River Forest and Chicago.
How do you determine rates?
We offer free in home estimates where we asses the price, time and staff required to clean your home, building or office quickly and efficiently.
Do you bring the cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring all equipment and supplies necessary to do the cleaning. If you have allergies to certain cleaners/scents, or would simply prefer we use a different product, we are more than willing to accommodate your needs.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No. In fact, many of our customers prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are out. All keys given are secured when not in use. If you wish to leave a key on site, please call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.
What days do you work?
Our professional services are available Monday through Saturday.
What time will you arrive?
We call you to confirm your scheduled cleaning the day before. An approximate cleaning time will be provided at that time. If we are going to arrive much earlier or later than the anticipated time, we will inform you by telephone.
Do your employees wear uniforms?
Yes. To maintain our high standards of professionalism and safety, all of our team members wear a strictly enforced uniform.
Do you send an individual or a group?
We send our employees in groups of two or three to insure the quickest and most thorough clean.
Can I leave a note for the team?
Absolutely. If you have any areas in your home that require special attention, we would definitely like to know! You can call us anytime or leave a note for our team and we will do out best to take care of all your needs.
How do I make my payment?
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. If you are ever unsure about charges, please contact us by calling 312-475-0900
What if I forget the team is coming that day?
We call all of our clients the day before the scheduled cleaning to remind them of their appointment. If the team arrives at the scheduled time and can't get in to clean, a $25.00 trip fee will be assessed. This fee is in place to cover the cost of our transportation and our employee wages as they travel to and from your home. Please call us to cancel prior to the scheduled cleaning day to avoid this charge.
